Sales & Support Consultant
You will manage the whole customer journey:
Find events and propose using Worksup at the event
Run demos face to face and online
Close sales deals, help the client to get started
Propose creative ways to use Worksup for virtual or hybrid event
Observe and document use cases, ask for testimonials
Gather customer and attendee feedback, get the info to the development team
Manage aftersales process and CRM tool
We seek:
Proactive approach in planning and working
Ease and persistence to contact and speak to people
Fluent spoken and written English and Estonian
Previous ICT studies and/or experience is an asset
Ability to work in a dynamic environment
